Apply

Syntax: apply

   The APPLY command prepares one to be recruited by a clan at their
own will.  To use this command, one must be a 'LONER'. Once a 
person has put forth the application, a leader from any clan can
recruit that person.  Should 'APPLY' be entered a second time, the
player removes him/herself from the market.
