Rule 4

   Multiplaying: when you have TWO or more characters logged in at the
same time.  LINKDEAD characters are still considered logged in. Dropping
link (i.e. closing your client without typing quit) to leave the game is a 
punishable offense; to avoid embarassment, simply type quit to exit.  Storage
characters are allowed, but should be used with great caution. The proper
way to get something from a storage character is described in the   
following steps:
 
       1. Drop the item(s) to the ground in a remote place or hand the
          items to someone so they can give it to your storage character.
       2. Quit with the current character, wait five minutes, and login
          with your alt character.
       3. Go to the room or the person who is holding your item(s) and
          pick up or accept the item(s) of the ground or from the person
          who is holding the item(s).
       * BE SURE THAT NO MORE THAN ONE OF YOUR CHARACTERS IS LOGGED ON
         IN THE GAME AT ANY ONE TIME.
