Clanquest

Syntax:
  CLANQUEST REQUEST    CLANQUEST COMPLETE
  CLANQUEST GIVEUP     CLANQUEST TIME
  CLANQUEST INFO
  CQ is a built-in alias for CLANQUEST.

Clans may request quests from any of the questmasters as a means to earn
favour.  Unlike normal quests, quests given are not level-based.  Reward values
are not currently set in stone, and may soon be scaled based on size of the
clan to make the system more fair to larger clans.  Anyone in the clan can
request, complete, or give up on the clan's quest.
